Elevate: Modern Massage is an AAPI-woman-and-immigrant-owned wellness and beauty studio in Downtown Oklahoma City. Our mission is to prioritize your safety and comfort, while devoting our practice to healing and empowering you. We understand that mental and physical health go hand in hand and support you in your holistic self-care journey. We believe in creating a personal massage or skincare experience that is individually catered to your needs.

We understand that laying on a massage table can be a vulnerable (maybe even anxiety-inducing) ordeal, even if you desperately need it for pain/stress relief. At Elevate, we strive to care for every client’s physical and emotional wellbeing, by being attentive, providing a massage experience that’s personally catered to your needs, and fostering a warm and safe environment for everyone.

Our Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective January 1, 2022, Elevate will be implementing a 48-hour notice policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. All cancellations and rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a $25 charge. Within 24 hours, the fee will increase to $75. No shows (with no prior communication) or cancellations AFTER the appointment time will be charged 100% of the amount due for the session. If any fees are unpaid, you will not be able to book another appointment at Elevate until payment is settled. If you have a last minute obligation or emergency, you are always welcome to find a friend or family member that can take your slot to avoid these charges!

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

All sessions include time for consultation, getting dressed, and checking out. Please arrive on time if you would like the maximum amount of time allotted. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments. If you arrive over 15 minutes late, your session will be forfeited and charged as a no-show.

PAYMENT

A valid debit/credit card is required to hold an appointment--you may see a small charge on your card (< $1) but this will be voided when your payment method has been validated. The card on file will be used for late cancellation or no-show fees. You have the option to pay in full as you schedule an appointment OR pay the balance after your session via card, cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay. *Please note that cash is always preferred as other payment methods charge a merchant fee.

TIPPING

Elevate charges a flat rate for our services and our practitioners do not accept tips.
