• Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oklahoma with professional liability insurance (we will consider current students who are soon to be licensed) - NEW graduates are welcome to apply!

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be skilled in DEEP tissue massage techniques

• Must have availability for weekend shifts

• Must be responsible and punctual, with excellent customer service & social skills

• Must follow strict client confidentiality and safety protocols

• Must build and maintain relationships with clients to help them pursue their wellness goals

• Must deliver high quality, personalized, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs within scope of practice and licensing guidelines as applicable in our state

• Must demonstrate a professional appearance and positive attitude

• BONUS POINTS if you are certified or experienced in cupping, assisted stretching, and prenatal massage

Full Time employees would work 4-5 days per week. Our studio hours are Monday-Sunday 9am - 7pm. We will work with your preferences on how many clients you’d like to work on per week & breaks you need between clients. Please note that time off requests need to be submitted 1-2 months in advance, and employees may be expected to work on certain holidays.

• Maintaining cleanliness of studio

• Proper sanitization of all tools used

• Laundry & folding sheets

• Restocking supplies

• Scheduling clients & collecting payments

• Flat rate, biweekly pay (We do not accept tips)

• Minimum starting rate at $54/60 min. session - negotiable based on experience

• Employees will be eligible for pay raises every 6 months!

• 2 paid training sessions before official start date ($100 per day)

• Full Time Employees will have CE courses reimbursed up to $200 per year

• Full Time Employees will receive complimentary gym membership up to $30/month
