    The Elevate Signature Massage is personalized to fit your needs. It integrates various techniques and modalities such as Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Assisted Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, and Acupressure. Our goal is to promote optimal health and relaxation, treat pain and stiffness, and ease your muscles. Massage can effectively reduce post-workout soreness and muscle fatigue, decrease back, shoulder and neck pain, assist with arthritis pain and joint inflammation, and reduce inflammation due to strain or injury.

  • Couple's Massage

    Share a relaxing experience with your significant other, friend, or family member. Each person will receive a massage service individually catered to them.   • Side-Lying Prenatal Massage

    Getting massages during your second & third trimester helps alleviate all the aches and pains that come with pregnancy! (We don’t accept clients still in their first trimester.) Prenatal massage can provide relief from: back pain, carpal tunnel, headaches, achy feet, joint pain, sciatica, swollen legs, insomnia, anxiety and stress. We have a variety of pillows to keep you comfortable as you lay on your side. All moms-to-be deserve this ultimate relaxation!

Chair massages are an excellent addition to any special occasion, and are a fun way to treat yourself or your friends/employees. Elevate offers chair massages at $2/per minute.   • Hot Stone Therapy & Foot Scrub

    Add hot stones to enhance your massage experience. Smooth gliding strokes with heated basalt stones relieve muscle tension and pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote sleep.

    Elevate uses aromatic Sea Salt Butter Scrubs by Local Lather Soap Shop to remove dead skin cells, clear congestion, increase blood circulation, and cleanse your skin. Reveal smooth, soft, and glowing skin!
